course description
This course is useful for those students intending to work in Hospitality and Catering. Students will take part in a variety of practical lessons linked to their assessments. There are normally 2 x practical lessons and 3 x theoretical lessons each week. The pupils may have the opportunity at times to run a Café for the staff using the practical knowledge already acquired. The units are all Industry unit standards which gives pupils a professional insight in to Hospitality as a career.
