This course is based on curriculum level 6 of the Health and Physical Education learning area of the New Zealand Curriculum.

- Demonstrate interpersonal skills in a group situation and explain how these impact others
- Demonstrate strategies to improve the performance and describe the outcomes
- Demonstrate quality movement in the performance of a physical activity and use and describe strategies to make improvements.
- Demonstrate self-management strategies and describe the effects on participation in physical activity.

A donation will only be requested if students are required to attend overnight excursions. No fees will be charged for curriculum related activities.
