course description
This course is designed for students whom have an interest in the biophysical aspects of Physical Education. The biophysical aspects of this course refers to areas such as exercise movement and analysis, exercise physiology and biomechanics.
If you have an interest in how the body works and responds during exercise, this subject will enhance your understanding of this area.
The course will consist of 40% Practical lessons and 60% theory.

A donation will be requested only if students are required to attend overnight excursions. No fees will be charged for curriculum related activities.
