Culinary arts relates to the creative and innovative aspects of food preparation, cooking and presentation of food.
This course aims to develop advanced food products creatively relating to a brief and specifications using design thinking, innovation and problem-solving. Students will research, ask questions, make decisions, trial and creatively explore food materials, advanced processes and techniques. Food products are developed to meet stakeholders' food-related needs and innovatively explore the latest food trends.
