This is a language course for students who have come to New Zealand from overseas and have learnt English as an additional language. This is a single
option course which combines a Level 3 ESOL programme and mainstream English for Academic Purpose (EAP) programme. Students will be assessed on reading and writing. Students will learn the fundamentals of research writing to gain the UE reading and writing literacy and be assessed on a selection of English Language (EL) and English for Academic Purpose (EAP) standards at Levels 3 and 4 respectively.
