Years 10, 11 and 12 you will…
• Discuss your options with your Academic Mentor.
• Discuss your options with your whanau/ caregivers.
• Fill in a ‘Senior Option’ form.
• Have each of your options signed off by the appropriate teacher/ Head of Department.
• Hand in form to your Academic Mentor by FRIDAY of Week 6, Term 3.
You should regard this option selection as final. (If you are late making your selection, or decide to change your course later you may find your choices limited as some courses will be full and others may not be offered.)

REMEMBER, entry to options is not automatic. Read the ENTRY REQUIREMENTS for each option carefully. If you do not meet the requirements you may have to study at a different level, take another option, or talk to the HOD. (Each of your options MUST be signed off by your teacher or the HOD.)
All students who will be in year 12 and 13 in 2015 will ALSO need to attend COURSE CONFIRMATION before school starts in January, 2016. You must have your entry into your course confirmed and this will depend on your final NCEA results achieved in 2015.
